Women’s Strength – a unique exhibition at DOMOTEKA

On October 9 at 6:00 PM, the Bizzarto showroom in DOMOTEKA will host the opening of an extraordinary photography exhibition titled “Women’s Strength”, created by Gosia Lakowska and Ania Szołucha from the Kochaj Dopilnuj Foundation.

The photos present portraits of women who, despite experiencing illness, rediscover their beauty, femininity, and inner strength. It’s a moving yet empowering story of courage and self-worth. The exhibition includes both black-and-white and new color photographs – this time the heroines are portrayed in skirts by Atelier Roma & Reiff.

The event is organized by Wioletta Podgórska and Edyta Skłodowska, in collaboration with Bizzarto and DOMOTEKA, supporting the mission of the Kochaj Dopilnuj Foundation, known for social campaigns #PomacajSie and #BadajJajka, which promote self-examination and its role in early cancer detection.

The vernissage will feature a discussion panel titled: “Time for Yourself: Small Habits, Great Strength”, focusing on self-awareness and self-care in everyday life. Speakers include: Joanna Liśkiewicz – psycho-oncologist, Dr. Agnieszka Lew-Mirska – owner of Self Esteem Clinic, aesthetic medicine doctor, Agnieszka Ford – one of the photographed women, Agnieszka Olszewska – representing the Kochaj Dopilnuj Foundation.

Karibian Descanso will present a lecture: “Sleep as the Foundation of Health – the Role of the Mattress in Daily Regeneration.” Visitors can receive personalized mattress consultations, browse educational materials, and view selected collections in the showroom.
