Piotr Grochowski
Architect, urban planner. Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. Chief designer of Arche Group, co-founder of Old Walls. He has many years of experience in the design of hotels and residential buildings, especially in the revitalization of historic buildings. He is the author of the reconstruction of the Uphagen Manor in Gdansk and co-author of the revitalization project of the Żnin Sugar Factory. Individually and as a team, he has won awards in the field of architecture and urban spaces, including. SARP 2021 Year Award for the Żnin Sugar Factory project and European Property Awards for the Łochów Folwark project. Nominated for the EU Mies Award 2022. He and his team are currently developing their passion, designing the revitalization of the former Luftwaffe air base in Mielno and the adaptation of the Franciscan monastery in Wroclaw.

Wojciech Kolęda
Architect. Co-founder of Old Walls. WAPW graduate. Winner of architectural competitions, winner of the 2019 Young Architect’s Manifesto competition. Since 2018, he has been creating architectural concepts for the Arche Group and individual clients. Among other things, he worked on the revitalization of the Żnin Sugar Factory nominated for the EU Mies Award, as well as the Uphagen Manor in Gdansk, the Royal Paper Factory in Konstancin and the Aircraft Factory in Mielno. Active participant in the international discussion on the future of the architectural profession in the context of the climate crisis.
