Terms and Conditions of the “Florencja and Grenada Mattresses -40%” Promotion

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the “-40% on Florencja and Grenada mattresses from the Senpo collection” promotion (hereinafter: the “Promotion”).
  2. The Organizer of the Promotion is SENPO sp. z o.o. sp. k., headquartered at 81-198 Pogórze, Andaluzyjska 26 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
  3. The Promotion is valid from May 27, 2025, to June 30, 2025.
  4. The Promotion applies to purchases made both in the online store www.senpo.pl and in Senpo stationary stores.
  • 2. Promotion rules
  1. As part of the Promotion, the Customer receives a 40% discount off the regular price on the following mattress models: Senpo Florencja Mattress, Senpo Grenada Mattress.
  2. The Promotion applies exclusively to the specified products and does not include other models or accessories.
  3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or discount codes unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
  4. The Promotion is valid only during its term and does not apply to orders placed before or after the specified period.
  • 3 Returns and complaints
  1. Returns of products purchased under the Promotion are possible in accordance with applicable law and Senpo’s store regulations.
  2. Complaints are handled according to the rules specified in the store regulations.
  • 4 Final provisions
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion during its duration. Changes take effect immediately upon announcement on the website and in stores.
  2. The Terms and Conditions are available in stationary stores and on the website.
  3. PParticipation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
